Our Approach

Life can throw challenges at us which we all struggle with at times. During these times it is important to recognise that extra support is available. This is where we can help! 

We understand how confronting it can be to choose a therapist to support you and trust with your mental health concerns. This is a space where we can feel most vulnerable, most unsafe, and at times isolated. Having trust in us as your therapist is an important part of the therapeutic alliance required to move into a space of healing within our sessions.

It is important that you feel throughout this journey that we are by your side to support you - and that you feel seen, acknowledged, and validated.

We will use evidence-based therapies and principles to support you in your healing journey. Depending on what the best fit is, this may include Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Solution Focused Therapy, Strategic Psychotherapy, or Clinical Strategic Hypnotherapy.
