Hi, I’m Michael Goulding, a fully qualified psychologist and counsellor with over 20 years of experience supporting individuals through life’s complexities. My approach is grounded, compassionate, and collaborative—I believe that real change happens when people feel safe, heard, and genuinely understood. Throughout my career, I’ve worked across private practice, community settings, and workplace wellbeing programs, helping clients navigate challenges like anxiety, trauma, depression, grief, and identity struggles. I draw on evidence-based approaches including cognitive-behavioural therapy, mindfulness, and person-centred techniques, always tailoring my work to suit each person’s unique story and goals. Whether you’re going through a period of crisis or seeking deeper personal insight, I’m here to walk alongside you with empathy and clinical expertise. I’m passionate about creating a non-judgmental space where healing can unfold and where people can reconnect with their own strength, clarity, and direction.

About Ian

Hi, my name is Ian Barrow, and I am a Counsellor, Strategic Psychotherapist, and Clinical Hypnotherapist.

In my younger years, I travelled the world whilst also playing Professional sport in the United Kingdom. I now consider myself a global citizen who resides in Australia.

My early professional life was primarily in Management where I was fortunate to have worked up to C-Suite level within organisations.

I have been in private practice for a number of years and am also contracted as a Therapist to an International Therapy Provider where I provide global Therapeutic and Coaching services.

My transition into Mental Health as a Therapist is one I had dreamt of for 20 years and for which I feel fortunate to have achieved. I believe my life experience adds a strong foundation, depth of knowledge, and resource which I am able to draw on to support you - my client.
